Declarations and commitments of the candidate

I acknowledge that the qualification is carried out on the basis of data provided electronically and I take full responsibility for incomplete, erroneous or false data provided during registration, as well as for the resulting consequences, including the possible deletion from the list of admitted to first-cycle studies.

I accept that all information concerning the recruitment process, in particular concerning the deadlines, conditions of the qualification procedure and conditions of making an entry into the list of admitted students, will be transferred to me via the system. I agree to read this information on a regular basis and am responsible for the consequences of failing to do so.

If I am qualified / admitted to the 1st degree studies, I undertake to comply with all the conditions for the enrollment procedure. I acknowledge that failure to meet them is treated as resignation from applying for admission and will result in issuing a decision on refusal of admission.

I undertake to immediately inform the Department of Education about any noticed errors in the data entered by me or detected irregularities in the operation of the system and about incorrect information received through it by contacting the following e-mail address: rekrutacja@wat.edu.pl.

Information clause

The administrator of the personal data is the Jarosław Dąbrowski Military University of Technology with its seat in Warsaw (code: 00-908), at 2, General Sylwester Kaliski Street.

The data controller has appointed a data protection officer to supervise the correctness of the processing of personal data, who can be contacted by e-mail: iod@wat. edu. pl.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment to the Bachelor's degree program, and after admission will be processed for the purpose of documenting the course of studies and for statutory, statistical and archiving purposes.

The data provided will be processed on the basis of legal provisions, i. e. the RODO and the Act of 20 July 2018. Higher Education and Science Law. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. Failure to provide them will prevent recruitment to the undergraduate program.

Personal information will not be shared with other recipients, except as provided by law.

Data will be retained for the period necessary to complete all activities related to the undergraduate enrollment process and, once admitted, for a period of 50 years after graduation

Individuals whose personal data is processed by the University have the right to access the content of their data and, subject to the law: the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing.

Individuals whose personal data is processed by the University have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if they consider that the processing of personal data violates the generally applicable regulations in this regard.
